My name is Erik Kudrna and I’m originally from New York. I currently reside in San Diego with my spouse and our pup Ralphie. In my off time, I can be found outdoors with family and friends as well as listening to music and attending concerts.

One of the challenges that I faced in my career is that I could not always be honest/direct with feedback.

How could a company tell the person that they rambled on too much, or that they were focusing on the wrong topics during their interview? They simply don’t have the time, or don’t want to risk upsetting you.
